Marketing Manager | April 2022

As a Marketing Manager, I successfully led the marketing department under the direction of our COO, driving significant growth within the team. Over the course of a year, I expanded the department from a team of two to a highly effective and collaborative team of 10 professionals. One aspect of my role was building a team of marketers with no prior experience, but with strong backgrounds in the area of focus. This allowed me to harness their expertise and achieve remarkable results. Together, our marketing team successfully met the executive-level goal of enhancing local brand awareness through strategic partnerships, impactful advertising, and well-executed events. Furthermore, I took the lead in spearheading a brand consolidation effort across the company, resulting in the creation of a powerful mission statement, "One Brand. One Voice." As part of this initiative, I facilitated the closure of four LinkedIn accounts, each with over 1,000 followers, and executed a successful social media campaign to clearly communicate our brand unification and commitment to offering improved job opportunities for job seekers, as well as enhanced solutions for companies across the United States. Being in the role of a Marketing Manager has not only allowed me to contribute to the success of the company and its brand, but it has also provided me with valuable opportunities for personal growth and rapid acquisition of skills in design and digital marketing.

Marketing Specialist | May 2021

As a Marketing Specialist, I have successfully led and improved marketing workflows across teams and implemented new roles to support marketing initiatives, fostering better cross-functional collaboration. I spearheaded the company's first search engine optimization process, developing and implementing an effective strategy. I also created and executed a content strategy for the website, leading to increased website traffic and engagement. Furthermore, I gained local brand recognition through event planning and the successful execution of social media campaigns, contributing to overall brand awareness. Through the improvement and implementation of email campaigns, I boosted customer engagement and retention rates. Ultimately, my contribution helped grow the company's marketing efforts and I am excited to continue driving impactful results in my next role.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, I have led and executed numerous successful creative projects throughout my career. I am proud to have launched a national re-branding campaign, introduced new marketing technologies, and mentored a team of talented junior designers. Additionally, I managed website maintenance, agency partnerships, commercial productions, and product design.

I collaborate with fellow designers and developers to deliver polished, pixel-perfect products. While maintaining and advocating a user-centered design approach throughout the lifespan of the project. I create and maintain various digital style guides with uniform guidelines governing the placement and treatment of the page components, fonts, images, and copy. I promote lifelong learning and always monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content, design and marketing tactics.

Designed and developed graphics and print artwork for all marketing materials with the senior graphic designer and art director. Collaborated with Senior Graphic Designer while implementing a digital asset management software for  Florida Blue insurance agents to access marketing materials. Conceptualized, developed and executed quality layouts for all marketing collateral; digital and print.

I worked under the supervision and direction of the creative director. I brainstormed and collaborated with fellow designers to create engaging visual content and stories for advertising. While working within established brand guidelines and templates.
